We believe our Exhibitors should be treated like royalty and offer two packages from which to choose. In addition to being a pivotal part of the show, you will have an experience like no other show offers.

We require a 50% deposit to reserve your space and the remaining balance is due April 15, 2018.  

Exhibitor Experience and Elite Exhibitor Experience spaces are 10x8.

EXHIBITOR EXPERIENCE

Includes the following: 

 - EXHIBITOR CONCIERGE

You will have a representative before, during and after the show, to assist you with any of your needs. Whether you need help with set-up, tear down, or even if you forgot to bring something, simply let them know what you need and your Exhibitor Concierge will come to your aid. 

 - AFTER SHOW RECEPTION 

After the show, mingle with the other Exhibitors and enjoy complimentary appetizers a beverages. After a day of meeting all of those prospective customers, you will need time to relax and unwind. Allow your Exhibitor Concierge to assist you with loading your vehicle while you kick back for a bit. 

 - GIVEAWAYS

During the After Show Reception, you will have chances to win many spectacular prizes. Not only do we thrill the show attendees with fantastic prizes, we also treat YOU to an amazing and fun time. 

- LIST OF ATTENDEES WITH CONTACT INFORMATION

You will receive a list of all show attendees with their contact information to follow up with after the show. 

- ADVANCE AND CONTINUED ADVERTISING OF YOUR BUSINESS

Prior to the show, we will include your business in our advertising campaign. After the show, we will continue to advertise your business with our own follow up communication with show attendees. 

- PRIORITY REGISTRATION FOR OUR UPCOMING EVENTS

Once you've participated as an Exhibitor in one of our shows, you have priority registration for all of our upcoming shows, allowing you to register early and not miss out on your space.

ELITE EXHIBITOR EXPERIENCE

In addition to ALL of the benefits of the $300 Exhibitor Experience, you will also receive the following: 

- PARTICIPATION IN THE "PASSPORT PROGRAM"

Every attendee receives a PASSPORT that will lead them directly to your booth. Once the attendee visits your booth, they will have their passport stamped. Once they've received all 12 stamps, they will be entered into the GRAND PRIZE DRAWING.

- SHOWCASING OF YOUR BUSINESS ON THE "BIG SCREEN"

Your business will be showcased on a slide show that runs continuously throughout the entire show. Included is your business name, logo and booth number letting attendees know where to find you so they can visit you and get their Passport stamped.

Direct Sales Exhibitor 5x8 spaces.  Food/beverage vendors providing samples - will need to provide us with a Certificate of Insurance naming both the Washington Fairgrounds and Me and You and a Photo Booth Too as additional insured.
